摘要 应用热力学与流体动力学理论,通过COMSOL Multiphysics多物理场有限元软件对AZ91镁合金半连续铸造过程进行了热流耦合模拟。采用四阶隐式龙格-库塔时间步长法和自适应网格技术提高模型数值求解的收敛性。通过模型化与数值计算实现了对镁合金半连续铸造工艺的定量描述,分析了铸造速度对镁合金半连续铸造过程的影响。 Appling thermodynamics and fluid dynamics theory, the thermo-flow coupling simulation of AZ91 magnesium alloy semi-continuous casting process was carried out by using COMSOL Multiphysics multi-physical field finite element software. The convergence of the numerical solution of the model was improved by using the four order implicit Runge-Kutta time step length method and adaptive grid technology. The quantitative description of the magnesium alloy semi-continuous casting process was realized by modeling and numerical calculation. The effects of the casting speed in the semi-continuous casting process of the magnesium alloy were analyzed.
