摘要
提出一种运用正交试验所得数据和数据拟合(最小二乘法)相结合的方法实现数字化焊机一元化,很大程度上缩短了数字焊机一元化数据库试验周期。试验结果表明,用这种算法能够使焊机自动生成焊接参数,并且保证焊接过程稳定,焊缝成形良好且具有良好的可重复性。
The date which get from orthogonal test and date-fitting(the least square method) was used to realize the unified parameters of digital welding machine. The test period was cut down to establish the unified parameter regulation database. The test results show that the welding parameters can be gotten from this unified arithmetic and the good weld quality and repeatability without broken arc can be gotten.
