养阴行血方对实验性光损伤大鼠视网膜感光细胞的保护作用

Protective effects of prescriptions for nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation on retinal photoreceptor cells of animal with experimental photodamage

目的观察养阴行血方对实验性光损伤视网膜感光细胞的保护作用。方法从实验大鼠80只中随机抽取20只为A组,即空白对照组;其余60只以光照造模。造模后随机分为3组,每组20只,其中B组为模型对照组,C组为杞菊地黄丸治疗对照组,D组为养阴行血方治疗组。治疗2周后随机抽取各组中的10只大鼠处死,取右眼视网膜作光镜观察,取左眼视网膜作透射电镜检查。结果养阴行血方治疗组的光感受细胞内外节分明、胞膜完整、胞核可辨,损伤轻于模型对照与治疗对照纽。结论养血行血方能够减轻光损伤对视网膜感光细胞造成的损害。

OBJECTIVE To observe the protective effects of prescriptions for nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation on the retinal photoreceptor cells of animal with experimental photodamage.METHODS Eighty rats were randomly selected,20 for group A as the blank control group,the remaining 60 rats with light modeling.The model rats were randomly divided into 3 groups：group B as the model one,group C as the control one,which was given Qiju Dihuang pill,and group D as the treatment one,which was treated with traditional Chinese medicine（Yangyin Xingxue formula）.Ten rabbits were randomly selected from each group and sacrificed after 2 weeks,then taking the right eye retina for light microscope,and transmission electron microscope examination of the left eye retina.RESULTS Prescriptions for nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation,the retinal photoreceptor cells inside and outside the segment was clear,the cell membrane was complete,the nucleus could be distinguished and the damage was lighter than that of the model control and the treatment control groups.CONCLUSIONS Prescriptions for nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation could reduce and prevent the damage of ocular photodamage to retinal photoreceptor cells.
