杞菊地黄汤内服联合超声雾化治疗围绝经期干眼的临床观察

Clinical observation of combined Qiju Dihuang Decoction with ultrasonic nebulization treating perimenopausal dry eye

目的评价杞菊地黄汤内服联合超声雾化治疗围绝经期干眼的临床疗效。方法 30例(60眼)围绝经期干眼患者随机分为中药组和人工泪液组,两组均以羟糖苷(新泪然)滴眼液局部滴眼,每日4次,中药组同时口服杞菊地黄汤联合双眼超声雾化治疗,疗程4周。观察眼局部症状、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、基础泪液分泌试验(SIT)及角膜荧光素染色(FL)情况。结果(1)治疗4周后两组主观症状积分均降低(P=0.000),中药组积分下降较人工泪液组更明显,P=0.000。(2)治疗后两组BUT和SIT均有改善(P<0.05),且中药组的改善较人工泪液组更为明显(P<0.05)。(3)两组角膜染色程度显著改善,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义P<0.05。结论杞菊地黄汤内服联合超声雾化治疗围绝经期干眼可显著缓解眼部症状,延长BUT,促进泪液分泌。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qiju Dihuang Decoction combined with ultrasonic atomizing inhalation in the treatment of perimenopausal period of dry eye,and to explore its possible mechanism.METHODS Thirty（60 eyes） perimenopausal patients with dry eye were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two groups were in the Tears Natural Forte,4 times a day,the treatment group was also given Qiju Dihuang Decoction combined with ultrasonic nebulization eyes treatment for 4 weeks.Observed the local symptoms,breakup time of tear film（BUT）,Schirmer＇s I test（SIT） and corneal fluorescein staining（FL）.RESULTS ① after4 weeks of treatment,t subjective symptom scores of both groups were lower,P=0.000,the treatment group of integral decline was better than the control group,P=0.006.② BUT and SIT of two groups were improved after the treatment,P〈0.05,and the treatment group improved more obviously than that of the control group,P〈0.05.③ corneal staining of the two groups was significantly improved compared with before treatment,P〈0.05.CONCLUSIONS Qiju Dihuang Decoction combined with ultrasonic nebulization in treatment of perimenopausal dry eye could significantly relieve eye symptoms,prolong BUT,promote the secretion of tears.
