Prof.Wei Qiping's experience of treating iridocyclitis

目的初步总结韦企平教授治疗虹膜睫状体炎经验。方法结合医案整理及笔者个人认识,对韦老师治疗虹膜睫状体炎诊疗思路和用药特色进行初步探讨。结果&结论韦老师治疗虹膜睫状体炎中西并重,早期、实者以清利为主,佐以风药;中后期扶正祛邪,顾护脾胃根本。

OBJECTIVE To discuss Professor Wei Qiping＇s experience in treating iridocyclitis preliminarily.METHODS To make a brief conclusion over Prof Wei Qiping＇s experience of diagnostic methodology and therapeutic characteristics in the clinical practice of treating iridocyclitis based on the analyses of his clinical records and the author＇s cognition over the iridocyclitis.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS His therapeutic characteristics were varied according with the course of iridocylitis and both modern medications and TCM medications were used in the clinical practice.In the early course,the TCM medications which were able to eliminating dampness and heat were with a greater preference.In the latter course,the medications which were capable to strengthen the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors and to cure the spleen and stomach were more commonly used.
