摘要
光学相干断层成像(optical coherence tomography,OCT)是一种高分辨率的视网膜断层光学相干成像技术。OCT对视盘及盘旁神经纤维层的评定是检测青光眼性结构损伤的重要依据。黄斑区是一个没有粗大血管、结构相对简单的区域,且中心凹周围4.5mm范围内包含全视网膜50%的神经节细胞,黄斑区的检测在青光眼的评估方面具有结构上的优势。现就OCT在青光眼诊断及随访中的应用进展进行综述。
Optical coherence tomography(OCT) is a kind of interferometer-based imaging modality which is high-resolution cross-sectional images of the retina.CircumpapiOary retinal nerve fiber layer(cpRNFL) and optic nerve head assessments are the mainstay of glaucomatous structural measurements in OCT.The macular is a relatively simple structure that is devoid of large vessels,meanwhile the macular contains 50%of retinal ganglion cells within 4.5mm around fovea,the macular offers potential anatomical advantages for glaucoma diagnosis.This review summarized the macula assessment using OCT in glaucoma diagnosis and the evaluation of glaucoma treatment up till now.
