湖南滩头木版年画的初步调查与研究

The Preliminary Investigation and Research on Tantou Woodcut New-year Picture of Hunan

湖南滩头年画以出产于滩头小镇而得名。小镇地处湘贵黔交通要冲,又是通向洞庭湖的水路要津,为年画行销提供了便利。当地盛产竹纸,木版年画是当地纸业的深度开发。印刷年画的竹纸需要事先刷上一层泥粉,泥粉纸上的色彩饱满亮丽,这是滩头年画的独有特色。目前,当地仍在生产的年画仅有32个品种,已濒临灭绝的边缘。作为中国传统年画的一个案例,在关注较多的视觉造型之外,关于年画的历史回溯、断代分期、工艺流程等方面至今仍然缺乏严谨的学理研判。

Tantou Woodcut New-year Picture is named after its origin Tantou Town. It is convenient to sell Tantou New-year Picture because Tantou is not only the traffic center that links Hunan Province and Guizhou Province but also the vital waterway line that leads to Dongting Lake. Tantou is teemed with bamboo paper, and Woodcut New-year Picture is the advanced development of local paper industry. The bamboo paper for New-year Picture printing needs to be painted with a layer of mud powder. Colors of the mud powdered paper are full and bright, which is the unique feature of Tantou New-year Picture. At present, there are only 32 kinds of Tantou New-year Picture that are still in manufacturing, which means it is on the edge extinction. Current researches on Tantou New-year Picture, a case of traditional Chinese New-year Pictures, lack rigorous doctrinal judgment on its back tracing of history, dynastic divisions and technological process until now besides paying much attention to visual modeling.
