摘要
中国社会正处转向可持续社会的重要时期,其特定背景下出现的环境、经济、社会等问题无疑使社会创新具有更大的责任。但是,在社会创新案例国际传播与转化应用的过程中,跨文化因素还未引起足够的重视。本文在需求及跨文化研究的基础上,通过基于米兰和无锡两个服务案例对中国用户进行测试与访谈,对所涉及的评价指标、影响维度、愿意参与的相关指标及背后的原因进行了分析,从而使设计师了解中国用户群体文化认知的特性、与西方用户之间的差异性。并提出相应的建议:即要充分认识当地的背景与理解用户,注重方案利益诉求的评估,并结合实施的可行性、易操作性以及相关信息的设计传播。
China is in a critical period of transforming into a sustainable society. Environmental, economic and social issues arising under this circumstance have brought more responsibility to social innovation. However, cross-cultural factors in social innovation cases have not received enough attention in the process of international transmission and transformed application. Based on the study of demand and cross-culture, by testing and interviewing Chinese users following the instructions of two service cases of Milan and Wuxi, this article analyzes the related users' evaluating indicator, social innovation's influence dimension and users' participating willingness as well as the causes of these results, thereby provides the designers with Chinese users group's cultural cognition characteristic as well as its difference from that of western users. It also puts forward relevant suggestions: designers should adequately cognize local background and understand users, put high value on assessment of proposal profit appealing and take implementation feasibility, operability and the design and spreading of relevant information into consideration.
