系统性红斑狼疮相关生物标志物的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种临床表现多样、病情变化快的自身免疫性疾病。如不及时治疗,常可导致患者死亡。研究SLE生物标志物,无论对于早期诊断、病情活动监测、器官损害的可能性和损害程度的评估以及发现新的治疗靶点均至关重要。一些实验室中筛查出的标志物有可能成为SLE疾病易感性、病情监测、器官特异性受累的潜在生物学标志,包括补体C4和Fcγ受体基因的多态性及拷贝数,多种信号转录因子,多种补体活化产物,CD27high浆细胞、B细胞刺激因子、抗C1q抗体、抗NR2抗体等。本文综述了这些潜在生物学标志物及其可能临床意义。
