摘要
教研活动是教师成长的重要平台和保障。师范生的教育实习是参与教研活动训练的主要途径。然而目前师范生在教育实习中只重视课堂技能,忽略教研能力的培养。为了解高师院校师范生教育实习中的教研活动参与情况,本文以洛阳师范学院师范实习生位样本,调查师范生教育实习中参与教研活动的具体情况。结果发现:多数师范生对于教研活动的认识比较匮乏;实习期间师范生对于教研活动的参与度不高,参与形式不够规范,教研活动的效果并不尽人意;大学中对于教研活动的学习比较欠缺。针对此问题,建议实习组织者加强对教研活动的部署和安排。
Teaching and research activity is an important platform and guarantee for teacher development. The teaching practice of normal students is the main way to participate in the training of teaching and research activities. However, the normal students in the education practice only pay attention to the classroom skills, ignoring the cuhi- vation of teaching and research ability. In order to understand the practice of normal school students education in normal colleges and universities in the teaching and research activities participation, this paper to Luoyang Normal College Intern samples, investigation of normal school students" educational practice in the specific circumstances of the teaching and research activities. The results showed that most normal students for teaching and research activities of understanding are in relatively short supply. During the practice of normal school students for teaching and re- search activities of participation is not high, the participation form is not up to standard, teaching effect is unsatis- factory; University teaching and research activities for learning lack. In view of this problem, it is suggested that the practice organizer to strengthen the teaching and research activities of the deployment and arrangement.
