高职院校科研团队创新能力研究

高职院校是社会科技创新体系的重要组成部分,提高高职院校科研团队创新能力不仅是适应现代社会科技发展趋势的必然要求,也是高职院校提高教学水平和人才培养质量的重要途径。本文分析了当前高职院校科研创新团队创新管理存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了相应的解决对策和措施,以进一步促进高职院校科研团队创新能力提升。
