昆明理工大学学生党员法律素养调查报告

学生党员是党在高校领导的中坚力量,其法律素养的培育直接关系着未来参与法治建设与社会治理的能力。调查显示学生党员法律知识欠缺、法律意识淡薄、法律践行能力薄弱,导致这一现状的关键原因是个人思想的认识错位与学校法治教育的缺失,此外也有家庭与社会方面的原因。应主要从观念导向、培养途径、培养内容三方面着手,提升学生党员的法律素养。

College student Party members are hard core of our Party＇s leadership in universities, and cuhivating their legal literacy is of great significance that concerns their potentialities which devote themselves to construct role of law and govern society in future. The survey shows that their legal knowledge, consciousness anti practice do not look well. Among other factors snch as family and society, two key reasons have brought about this status quo--the one is that they themselves have neglected the significance of legal literacy, the other is that some universities have failed to play a role in law-related education. We should take such cognitive deviation, cuhivating approaches and contents as measures which could improve the legal literacy of college student Party members.
