由于多种内外在因素的影响,女大学生在就业上往往面临比男大学生更多更大的困难。客观把握女大学生就业难的现状、全面分析女大学生就业难的原因和积极探讨女大学生就业难的解决策略,在当今仍然具有重要的现实意义。
Due to a variety of different factors, female college students face more than the male college students in employment is often more difficult. It is important practical significance in today still, grasping objectively current situations, analyzing comprehensively reasons and exploring actively countermeasures of the female college students＇ employment difficult.
