摘要
目的分析介入化疗栓塞术联合体外高频热疗治疗晚期肝癌临床疗效。方法选取本院收治的100例晚期肝癌患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组各50例。对照组采取介入化疗栓塞术治疗,治疗组实施介入化疗栓塞术联合体外高频热疗治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为84%,明显高于对照组的64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组白细胞减少、贫血、血小板减少、腹泻、肌酐异常等毒副作用发生率为14%,明显低于对照组的30%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组1年后生存率为60%,明显高于对照组的28%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后,躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能、社会功能等生存质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论介入化疗栓塞术联合体外高频热疗治疗晚期肝癌,疗效更高,且大大降低了毒副作用的发生率,提高患者生存率,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze clinical curative effect of the interventional chemoembolization combined high-frequency thermotherapy for advanced liver cancer. Methods 100 patients with advanced liver cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases for each. The control group was treated with interventional chemoembolization,and the treatment group was treated with the interventional chemoembolization combined high-frequency thermotherapy. The clinical efficacy was compared between these two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 84%,which was significantly higher than the 64% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05).The side effect rate was 14% of the treatment group,such as neutropenia,anemia,thrombocytopenia,diarrhea,creatinine anomalies. It was significantly lower than 30% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). 1 year survival rate of the treatment group was 60%,which was obviously higher than that of control group( 28%),and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). The postoperative survival quality score of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The curative effect of interventional chemoembolization combined high-frequency thermotherapy of advanced liver cancer is good and does not increase the side effects.It can improve the patients survival rate,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
