外固定支架治疗桡骨远端C3型骨折临床疗效研究

Clinical Research on External Fixation for C-type Fracture of Distal Radius

目的探讨应用外固定支架治疗桡骨远端C3型骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年1月~2014年1月应用组合式外固定支架结合微创小切口撬拨复位治疗20例桡骨远端C3型骨折患者临床资料,年龄28~71岁。其中辅助使用克氏针11例,植骨13例。结果所有病例均得到6个月以上的随访,骨折全部愈合,平均愈合时间6.5（5~8）周,疗效按Gartland-Werley评分标准评价：优8例,良11例,可1例,优良率为95.0%。结论外固定支架操作简单,创伤小,有利于早期功能锻炼,无需再次开放手术行内固定取出术,效果确切,是治疗桡骨远端C3型骨折的有效方法。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of external fixation of C-type distal radius fractures. Methods The clinical data of 20 cases with C-type fractures of distal radius,aged from 28 to 71,admitted from January 2012 to January 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. All cases were performed external fixation and poking reduction via minimally invasive small incision. 11 cases were carried out kirschner wire fixation,and 13 cases were performed bone graft. Results All 20 cases were followed-up more than six months. All fractures were achieved healing during 5 to 8 weeks（ mean,6. 5）. According to Gartland-Werley evaluation,the wrist joint function revealed excellent in 8 cases,good in 11 cases,fair in 1 case,and the fineness rate was 95. 0%. Conclusion The external fixation is a simple,mini-trauma and effective method for treatment of C3- type fractures of distal radius,and it can benefit to earlier function rehabilitation and avoid open reoperation of internal fixator removal.
