CEACAM6在胃癌组织与血清中的表达及其临床意义

Serum level and expression of CEACAM6 in gastric cancer tissue and its clinical significance

摘要 目的:探讨癌胚抗原家族成员的癌胚抗原相关细胞黏附分子6[carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 6(non-specific cross reacting antigen),CEACAM6]在胃癌患者的肿瘤组织和血清中的表达情况及其意义。方法:采用抗体芯片技术,检测2对胃癌组织及其对应癌旁非肿瘤组织的蛋白表达情况;运用组织芯片技术,分析31对多种病理亚型胃癌组织及其对应癌旁非肿瘤组织中的CEACAM6蛋白表达情况;并采用酶联免疫吸附试验,检测121例胃癌患者及50名正常对照者的血清CEACAM6水平。结果:83.87%(26/31)的胃癌组织中CEACAM6高表达;胃癌患者血清中CEACAM6的表达水平与正常对照者相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CEACAM6在胃癌组织及胃癌患者的血清中呈高表达,检测其水平有望提高胃癌的检出率。 Objective: To study the tissue and serum expression of carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 6(CEACAM6) in patients with gastric cancer tissue and its clinical significance. Methods: CEACAM6 protein in two pairs of gastric cancer tissues and matched adjacent noncancerous tissues was detected by antibody microarray analysis. CEACAM6 was also detected by tissue microarray in 31 pairs of different pathologic type gastric cancer and their adjacent non-cancerous tissue. Serum level of CEACAM6 was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in 121 gastric cancer patients and 50 normal controls. Results: CEACAM6 was highly expressed in 83.87%(26/31) of gastric cancer tissue samples and the serum level of CEACAM in gastric cancer patients was significantly higher than that in normal controls(P0.05). Conclusions: CEACAM6 is over-expressed in gastric cancer tissues and the serum level is high, and it may be used for the detection of gastric cancer.
