DNA损伤修复基因8-羟基鸟嘌呤DNA糖苷酶(OGG1)的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 DNA分子对活性氧特别敏感,易受到活性氧自由基(reactive oxygen species,ROS)攻击,发生氧化性DNA损伤,促进癌症发生[1-2]。DNA分子主要氧化产物8-氧-鸟嘌呤(8-oxo-7,8-dihydroguanine,8-oxo-Gua)被视为DNA氧化损伤的生物标志物。
