微创颅内血肿清除术治疗脑出血的临床效果

Clinical effects of mini-traumatic intracranial hematoma dissection in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage

目的分析应用微创颅内血肿清除术治疗脑出血(CH)的临床效果。方法选取180例高血压CH患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各90例。对照组给予内科保守治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予微创颅内血肿清除术治疗。对2组的临床疗效和并发症的发病率以及治疗3个月后患者的各项生活质量评分进行观察和比较。结果2组的临床总有效率分别为96.7%和70.0%,观察组的临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组中基本治愈高于对照组(P<0.05),有效或无效显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的各项生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用微创颅内血肿清除术治疗CH的疗效优于内科保守治疗,可显著改善患者术后的生活质量并降低并发症的发病率。

Objective To observe and analyze the effects of mini-traumatic intracranial hematoma dissection in the treat‐ment of cerebral hemorrhage （CH） .Methods 180 cases with hypertensive CH were selected as the research objects and ran‐domly divided into the observation group and the control group ,90 cases in each group .The patients in the control group were treated with the conservative treatment of internal medicine ,and the observation group received mini‐traumatic intracranial he‐matoma dissection on the basis of the control group .The clinical efficacy and the complications as well as the patients＆#39;life quali‐ty score after 3‐month treatment were observed and compared in the two groups .Results The total effective rate of 96 .7% in the observation group was significantly higher than 70% in the control group （P〈 0 .05） .Compared with control group ,the rate of ＆quot;basic cure＆quot;in observation group showed statistical difference（P〈 0 .05） .invalid rate and the occurrence of complica‐tions in observation were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈 0 .05）;After the treatment ,the life quality scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P〈 0 .05） .Conclusion The applica‐tion of mini‐traumatic intracranial hematoma dissection in CH patients can achieve better effects than the conservative treatment of internal medicine ,which can improve the life quality of patients significantly and reduce the incidence of complications .
