Objective To explore the application of digital subtraction angiography (DSA) appeared to analyze the causes of non‐hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in youth. Methods 165 young cases with non‐hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage per‐formed digital subtraction angiography ,we analyzed the causes of cerebral hemorrhage patients summarily. Results The posi‐tive detection of DSA occurred in 129 cases with the positive rate of 78.2%. Causes included aneurysm ,arteriovenous malfor‐mation and moyamoya disease ,the aneurysm happened in 95 cases(73.6% ) with the age between 37 and 44 years old ,and the average age of (41.35 ± 2.17) years old ,which had main clinical manifestations of coma and eye vitreous hemorrhage;23 cases with venous malformation(17.8% ) had early seizures complicated with eyes homonymous hemianopia ,age ranged from 21 to 39 years old with the average age of (29.13 ± 6.27) years old;a total of 11 cases(8.5% ) with Moyamoya disease ,age from 18 to 23 years old with mean age (21.16 ± 1.25) years old ,owned the symptom of early limb numbness. Conclusion Digital subtraction angiography can definite etiology of non‐hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in youth patients ,The main cause should be aneurysm.
