摘要
In view of the serious situation in precalence of venereal diseases and AIDS,the Chinese government and relevant authorities have established a series of laws,regulations and rules,have formed specal organizations,and have taken energetic countermeasures.Althouth theses efforts have achieved a certain effect,there exist somne delicate problems of great importance.Diversity in idea affects the unison in steps taken and the efficiency of control measures.Hence,a few principal problems in control of venereal diseases and AIDS are expounded theoretically in this paper with the aim of agining common recognition and pushing forward the control endeavours.
