优质护理干预对脑栓塞患者神经功能康复的疗效观察

The application effect of high quality nursing intervention on nerve function rehabilitation in cerebral embolism patients

目的探讨优质护理干预对脑栓塞患者神经功能康复的疗效。方法选取2013-02-2014-10在本院收治的脑栓塞患者152例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各76例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予优质护理干预措施。运用神经功能缺损评分(NFA)、Fugl-Meyer(FMA)评分、Barthel指数法和生活质量测定量表(EORTCQLQC30)评估患者的神经功能康复状态及生活质量。结果观察组FMA和Barthel指数均较对照组明显升高,而NFA较对照组明显下降;观察组护理后在身体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能、总体生活质量6个方面的评分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预可有效促进脑栓塞患者的神经功能康复,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing intervention on nerve function rehabilitation in patients with cerebral embolism. Methods 152 cases with cerebral embolism treated in our hospital from February 2013 to October 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group（n=76） and control group（n=76） ,which were re‐spectively treated by high quality nursing intervention and routine nursing care. The neural function defect scale（NFA） ,Fugl‐Meyer（FMA） score ,Barthel index scale and the quality of life scale （EORTCQLQ‐C30） were used to assess the patient＆#39;s nerv‐ous function recovery and quality of life. Results The FMA scores and Barthel index scores in the observation group were sig‐nificantly higher than that in the control group （P〈 0.05） ,but the NFA scores were significantly lower than that in control group. And after treatment ,the physical function ,role function ,emotional function ,cognitive function ,social function ,the overall quality of life of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ,the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion High quality nursing intervention can effectively improve the nerve function rehabilitation in patients with cerebral embolism ,which has a positive effect on the quality of life after treat‐ment.
