原发性胆囊癌的CT诊断(附12例报告)

CT Diagnosis of Primary Gallbladder Carcinoma(Report of 12 Cases)

目的提高胆囊癌的CT诊断正确率。方法回顾性分析12例经手术或活检病理证实的原发性胆囊癌的CT影像学及临床资料。结果据CT影像分为肿块型5例;壁厚型4例;结节型3例。伴有肝脏肿瘤直接侵蚀的6例;胆管扩张的6例;区域淋巴结增大的3例。结论螺旋CT对胆囊癌诊断及分型有重要价值。

Objective To improve the exactitude of CT diagnostic method of gallbladder carcinoma.Methods The CT and clinical data of 12 cases of gallbladder carcinoma which conifrmed by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results The major CT ifndings were classiifed as follows： mass 5 cases; thickened wall 4 cases; intraluminal nodules 3 cases.Associated features included direct hepatic invasion 6 cases; bile duct dilatation 6 cases and enlarged lymph mode 3 cases.Conclusion Spiral CT had important value in the diagnosis and preoperative staging of gallbladder carcinoma.
