摘要 针对氢气辅助正丁烷在Pt催化剂表面的着火特性,设计了实验系统,重点讨论了氢气量、催化剂长度、正丁烷当量比和雷诺数对着火过程的影响.实验结果表明,氢气量增加能够使着火过程变快;催化剂长度减小到一定程度不能引发正丁烷着火;随当量比和混合气总流量增加,正丁烷着火温度下降,相对于扩散和表面吸附作用,气相正丁烷的表面反应成为影响反应进程的关键性因素. The hydrogen assisted catalytic ignition characteristic of n-butane on Pt was experimentally studied. Em- phasis was focused on the effect of hydrogen amount, length of catalyst, equivalence ratio and Reynolds number on the ignition process. The result shows that ignition process is promoted by increased hydrogen amount. The ignition fails to occur with a fairly short length of catalyst. The ignition temperature decreases with the increase of equivalence ratio and Reynolds number, and the surface reaction of C4H10 becomes the rate-determining step instead of diffusion and surface adsorption.
