急性心肌梗死后的急性肾损伤 被引量：7

摘要 急性心肌梗死（acute myocardial infarction，AMI）是临床上常见的急危重症。肾功能是影响AMI患者长、短期预后的独立危险因素。研究报道，AMI患者为住院期间发生急性肾损伤（acute kidney injury，AKI）的高危人群，其发生率约为7．1％～22％。当AMI并发心源性休克（cardiacshock，CS）时，AKI发病率更可高达55％。
