术后胰瘘的药物预防研究进展

Advances on the prevention of postoperative pancreatic fistula by medicine

近年来，胰腺切除术后的患者病死率已降低至5％以下，但并发症发生率仍高达30％-50％。术后胰瘘和腹腔脓肿均为胰腺切除手术的严重并发症，发生率为10％～28％。对胰腺生理功能的进一步认识及新药物的开发应用使胰瘘患者的预后明显改善。本文就这方面进展做一综述。

In recent years, postoperative mortality rate of pancreatic resection has dropped below 5% , while the com- plication rate still remains as high as 30% - 50%. Postoperative pancreatic fistula and abdominal abscess are two serious compli- cations after pancreatic resection, with the incidence of 10% 28%. Deep understanding of the physiological functions of the pancreas together with the research and development of new medications has improved the prognosis of patients with pancre- atic fistula. This article gave a brief overview on the progress in this regard.
