摘要
肝脏上皮样血管内皮细胞瘤(epithelioid haemangioendothelioma,EHE)是一种罕见的生物学行为恶性的血管源性肿瘤,易漏诊或者误诊,主要依靠组织形态学和免疫组织化学确诊.以手术切除为主要治疗方法.我们报道1例肝EHE并结合相关文献进行分析.
Hepatic epithelioid hemangioendothelioma（EHE） is a rare vascular tumor with malignant biological behavior,which is frequently missed or misdiagnosed.Its diagnosis relies mainly on histological and immunohistochemical studies.Surgical resection is the main treatment.Here wereport a case of hepatic EHE and performed a review of the relevant literature.
