摘要 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)及多平面重建(MPR)、VR成像(3D)后处理功能在骨关节损伤诊断中的价值。方法:113例骨关节损伤患者行MSCT螺旋扫描后采用MPR和VR后处理并与平片进行比较。结果:MSCT横断位可发现细微骨折,MPR、VR能准确显示骨关节损伤部位、类型、严重程度、骨折和脱位的空间位置关系,MPR能显示软组织损伤情况。结论:MSCT横断位结合MPR、VR可提高骨关节损伤诊断准确性,为临床诊治提供更多帮助。 Objective To discuss the diagnostic of MSCT with MPR and VR post-imaging processing technique on trauma of bones and joints. Methods 113 patients with fracture or dislocation, were checked with axial images of MSCT with MPR and VR images. The results were compared with X-ray plain film. Results Axial images of MSCT could show tiny fracture, MPR and VR accurately revealed the trauma of bones and joints location, type,severity,displaying space relationship of fracture and dislocation. MPR could show the trauma of soft tissue. Conclusion Axial imaging MSCT, combined with MPR and VR postprocessing technique can increase the diagnostic accuracy, give more help to clinical treatment.
