反馈式健康宣教在母婴同室产妇产后护理中的应用分析

Effect Analysis of Feedback Type Health Propaganda and Education in the Application of Rooming-in Maternal Postpartum Care

目的:对反馈式健康宣教在母婴同室产妇产后护理中的应用效果进行探讨。方法:对2013年1月-2014年6月在连州市人民医院妇产科接受治疗的120例母婴同室产妇进行临床研究,按照随机的原则分为2组,对对照组产妇给予常规的健康宣教,对观察组产妇给予反馈式健康宣教,观察分析两组产妇的产后护理效果。结果:观察组母婴同室产妇的产后恢复良好和对护理质量的满意度(95.0%和96.7%)均明显高于对照组产妇(76.7%和73.3%),组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对母婴同室产妇进行反馈式健康宣教方式的产后护理临床效果较好,有助于产妇的产后恢复,提高产妇的护理满意度,具有一定的应用价值。

Objective The feedback type health propaganda and education in the application of rooming-in maternal postpartum care effect were discussed. Methods 120 cases of rooming-in puerpera clinical study from January 2013 to June 2014 were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group was given routine health education, the maternal group was given feedback maternal health education. Results The team rooming-in maternal postpartum recovery and good on the quality of the nursing satisfaction（95.0 % and 96.7 %） were significantly higher than control group（76.7 % and 73.3 %）, maternal differences are obvious between groups（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The feedback of rooming-in maternal health education mode of postpartum nursing clinical effect is good, and helpful to maternal postpartum recovery, improve maternal care satisfaction, have certain application value.
