摘要
为评价河南烤烟常规化学成分特点及其适宜性,对河南主产烟区烤烟样品的常规化学成分进行分析。根据烤烟常规化学成分适宜性评价和聚类分析结果表明:河南烤烟常规化学成分存在着广泛的变异,糖碱比的变异系数为41.76%,钾含量的变异系数为17.05%;烤烟总糖、总氮、烟碱、钾、氯含量和氮碱比的适宜性较好,还原糖含量和钾氯比的适宜性较差;不同烟区烤烟常规化学成分适宜性指数的大小依次为卢氏>襄城>内乡>临颍>济源>方城>汝阳>郏县>灵宝;基于烤烟常规化学成分的聚类分析,将河南烤烟样品分为2类。
In order to evaluate characteristics and suitability of main chemical components of fluecured tobacco leaves from He' nan tobacco-growing areas,the present study was conducted. The main chemical components of He'nan flue-cured tobacco leaves were analyzed. The results of suitability evaluation and cluster analysis based on main chemical components. The results of indicated that main cchemical ccomponents of He'nan flue-cured tobacco showed great variation,coefficient of variation of ratio of reducing sugar to nicotine was 41. 76%,and coefficient of variation of potassium content was 17. 05%. Suitability of content of total sugar,total nitrogen,nicotine,potassium,chlorin and ratio of total nitrogen to nicotine of He' nan flue-cured tobacco leaves were better,and suitability of reducing sugar content and ratio of potassium to chlorine were poor. Suitability indices of main chemical components showed the trend of Lushi Xiangcheng Neixiang Linying Jiyuan FangchengRuyangJiaxianLingbao for different tobacco-growing areas. Flue-cured tobacco leaves from He'nan tobacco-growing areas were divided into two categories by cluster analysis on the basis of main chemical components.
