吉林省粮食大县(市)粮食生产效率分析 被引量:10

Analysis of Grain Production Efficiency in the Major Grain Producing Counties of Jilin Province

摘要 以2004—2013年度吉林省前郭县、德惠市、榆树市等14个粮食大县(市)为样本,运用DEA模型从静态和动态2个角度对吉林省粮食大县(市)的粮食生产效率进行了比对分析,并用Tobit模型分析了其主要影响因素。结果表明:德惠市等粮食大县(市)存在投入要素松弛情况;粮食大县(市)粮食生产全要素生产率普遍较低;户均粮食播种面积对生产效率具有显著的正面影响,入社比重对生产效率具有正面影响,户均农机动力则有负面影响。据此提出,吉林省粮食大县(市)需要合理配置要素的投入,提高农民合作社服务能力和水平,推进土地流转,适度扩大土地经营规模,提高农机设备的利用率。 DEA model was applied to comparatively analyze data of grain production efficiency for 14 grain producing countries( cities) of Jilin province from 2004 to 2013 with static perspective and dynamic perspective. Tobit model was used to analyze the related influencing factors. The results reveal that there are slacks in input factors in Dehui and other countries. Productivity of total factors is low in the major grain producing counties. Average grain acreage per household has significantly positive effect on production efficiency,proportion of farmers in cooperatives has positive effect too,whereas agricultural machinery power per household has a negative impact. On this basis,rational allocation of factors' input in the major grain producing counties of Jilin province was suggested,including improving service ability and level of farmer cooperatives,promoting land transfer,moderately expanding land management scale and improving utilization rate of agricultural machinery equipment.
