咪喹莫特联合^(90)Sr-^(90)Y敷贴治疗跖疣的疗效评价

Efficacy of imiquimod cream combined with ^(90)Sr-^(90)Y application in the treatment of plantar wart

目的:评价咪喹莫特联合90Sr^(90)Y敷贴治疗跖疣的临床疗效。方法:将104例跖疣患者随机分为治疗组(52例)和对照组(52例),两组均给予5%咪喹莫特乳膏外涂,每周3次,共4周,治疗组同时给予^(90)Sr-^(90)Y敷贴,每周3次,共2周。4周后评价疗效。结果:治疗4周后,治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为82.69%和59.61%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。随访3个月,治疗组和对照组复发率分别为9.61%和36.53%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:咪喹莫特联合^(90)Sr-^(90)Y敷贴治疗跖疣疗效好,复发率低。

Objective： To assess the efficacy of imiquimod cream combined with 90 Sr-90 Y application in the treatment of plantar wart. Methods：One hundred and four patients were divided into the treatment group （ 52 patients） and the control group （ 52 patients） . All the patients were treated with imiquimod cream （ 5%） topically, 3 times a week for 4 weeks. The patients in the treatment group were given additional 90 Sr-90 Y ap-plication, 3 times a week for 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy was assessed after 4 weeks treatment. Results：The effective rates in the treatment group and control group were 82.69% and 59.61%,with a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rates in the treatment group and control group after 3 months follow-up were 9.61% and 36.53%,with a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Imiquimod cream combined with 90 Sr-90 Y application is more effective and less relapse in the treatment of plantar wart.
