摘要
黄河河道经过多年的调水调沙运行,下游河道不断下切,原设计施工的水工建筑物,如:险工、控导工程中的土工织物沉排坝将受到严重威胁,极易"浮出"水面,影响工程稳定。本文结合工程运行实际,对土工织物沉排坝的建设与运行效果、出险机理、出险形式、施工等方面进行了探讨,提示工程施工与管理人员及早拟定相应对策,创新管理模式,保障水利工程稳定和防洪效果。
Yellow River undergoes water-sediment regulation operation for many years. Downstream channel is incised unceasingly,and hydraulic structures in original design and construction are seriously threatened such as geotextiles row damsin dangerous section and control projects. The dams can float out of the water surface easily,thereby affecting project stability. In the paper, actual project operation is combined for discussing construction and operation effect, risk mechanism,risk form, construction and other aspects of geotextile row dam. Project construction and management personnel should formulate corresponding countermeasures as soon as possible,thereby innovating management mode and guaranteeing water conservancy project stability and flood control effect.
