永定河建设管理四十年成就回顾与展望

Review and prospect of Yongding River construction and management for forty years

永定河是海河流域的主要水系之一,同时也是全国四大防洪河道之一,历来是北京市的防洪重点,近年来又被定位为北京市西南的生态屏障。北京市永定河管理处作为永定河北京段的专管机构,成立40年来,在永定河防洪体系建设、河道生态治理、依法行政、信息化建设等方面取得了显著成绩,但防洪体系依旧不尽完善、生态修复依然任重道远,需要从完善防洪工程体系、解决重要节点防洪问题、持续推进流域生态修复、提高永定河生态用水保障等方面继续深入推进。

Yongding River is one of the main streams of Haihe River Basin,and it is also one of the four major flood control channels in China. It has always acted as the key project of flood control in Beijing. Yongding River is positioned as ecological barrier on the southwest of Beijing in recent years. Beijing Yongding River Management Office has been established for 40 years as regulatory institution of Yongding River Beijing Section. It achieved remarkable results in Yongding River flood control system construction, river ecological management, administration according to law,informationization construction,etc. However,the flood control system is still not perfect,there is still a long way for implementing ecological restoration. It should deeply develops in the aspects of improving flood control engineering system,solving flood control problem in key nodes,continuously advancing river basin ecological restoration,improving ecological water guarantee in Yongding River,etc.
