In China, a series of policy has been set to polish up the situation of drug make-up. With the improvement of pharmacist functions, standards of pharmacy practice charges have become one of the key points which need to be discussed. This manuscript summarizes pharmaceutical reforms and pattern of pharmaceutical service fee in Japan, to provide reference for further policy set up.
