银杏叶提取物对糖尿病耳聋保护作用的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Ginkgo Biloba Extract on the Protective Effect of Diabetes Deafness

目的讨论银杏叶提取物对糖尿病耳聋患者的保护作用,为日后的临床治疗提供参考。方法选择2013年4月—2014年5月收治的糖尿病耳聋患者150例为研究对象,随机分为观察组及对照组,每组患者75例。对照组患者给予甲钴胺治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上,应用银杏叶提取物进行营养治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果经过临床治疗后,观察组患者的疗效明显优于对照组。观察组患者显效44例(58.7%),有效28例(37.3%),无效3例(4.0%),总有效率为96.0%;对照组患者显效31例(41.3%),有效20例(26.7%),无效24例(32.0%),总有效率为68.0%,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病耳聋患者由于受到了疾病的影响,因此需采取有效的治疗方式,尽量保留患者的听力,减少糖尿病对患者造成的负面影响。银杏叶提取物在该项治疗中具有较大的积极作用,且不会对患者造成副作用,临床疗效理想,日后可在临床治疗中推广应用。

Objective To discuss the protective effect of Ginkgo biloba extract on diabetic patients with deafness, provides the reference for the clinical treatment of the future. Methods Select 2013 April--2014 year in May admitted 150 cases of patients with diabetic deafness as the research object, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 75 cases in each group of patients. Patients in control group were treated with Mecobalamin treatment, the observation group patients in the control group on the basis of the application of ginkgo leaf extract, nutritional therapy, the clinical efficacy were compared between two groups. ResultsAfter clinical treatment, observation curative effect was significantly better than the control group. The observation group 44 cases（58.7%）, effective 28 cases（37.3%）, invalid 3 cases（4%）, the total efficiency of 96%; control group 31 cases（41.3%）, effective 20 cases（26.7%）, invalid 24 cases（32%）, the total efficiency of 68%, two group patients were compared the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with diabetic deafness due to the impact of the disease, so the need to take effective treatment, try to retain the patient listening, reduce the negative impact of diabetes on patients caused by. Ginkgo biloba extract has a positive role in the treatment of large, and will not cause side effects on patients, clinical curative effect is ideal, the future can be applied in clinical treatment.
