糖尿病患者酮酸中毒合并高渗性昏迷通过胰岛素静脉滴注治疗的效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨静脉滴注胰岛素在糖尿者酮酸中毒合并高渗性昏迷患者中的治疗效果。方法对该院于2013年4月—2014年4月收治的60例糖尿病酮酸中毒合并高渗性昏迷患者资料进行分析,根据不同治疗方案将患者分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规方法治疗,实验组静脉滴注胰岛素治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组93.3%对治疗方案疗效显著,明显优于对照组(疗效有效率为80%)(P<0.05);实验组93.3%对疗效满意,显著高于对照组(满意率率为73.3%)(P<0.05);两组治疗前血糖、血钠、BUN、血浆胶体渗透压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组治疗后血糖、血钠、BUN、血浆胶体渗透压显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组血钾水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿者酮酸中毒合并高渗性昏迷患者静脉滴注胰岛素治疗效果理想,值得推广使用。 Objective To investigate the intravenous infusion of insulin in a diabetic person ketoacidosis hyperosmolar coma pa- tients in the combined treatment. Methods The hospital from 2013 April to 2014 April were treated 60 cases of diabetic ketoaci- dosis, hyperosmolar coma merge patient data were. analyzed according to the different treatment options were divided into a control group and the experimental group and the control group received conventional therapy, the experimental group, insulin infusion therapy, therapeutic effects were compared. Results The experimental group was 93.3% for the treatment effect is significant, than the control group (Efficacy effective rate of 80%)(P 〈0.05); the experimental group 93.3% of the results were satisfactory, was sig- nificantly higher (73.3 satisfaction rate %)(P 〈0.05); the two groups before treatment, glucose, sodium, BUN, plasma colloid osmotic pressure difference was not significant (P〉 0.05); glucose, sodium, BUN, plasma colloid osmotic pressure in the experimental group after treatment was significantly higher than in the control group (P 〈0.05); serum potassium levels in the experimental group was significantly higher (P 〈0.05). Conclusion The combined diabetes ketoacidosis hyperosmolar coma by intravenous infusion in pa- tients with ideal insulin treatment, should be introduced.
