中医治疗妊娠合并糖尿病临床疗效探讨

Clinical Effect of Chinese Medicine Treatment of Pregnant Women Com-bined with Diabetes

目的探讨中医治疗妊娠合并糖尿病临床疗效。方法选取2014年3月—2015年3月该院收治的78例妊娠合并糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组39例,对照组给予常规的饮食与药物治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中医治疗。比较两组产妇的并发症发生情况与围产儿并发症发生情况。结果观察组产妇的并发症发生率(12.8%)低于对照组(25.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组围产儿的并发症发生率(15.4%)低于对照组(43.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医治疗妊娠合并糖尿病疗效确切,可减少两组产妇的并发症发生率与围产儿并发症发率,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective Clinical Effect of Chinese medicine treatment of pregnant women combined with diabetes. Methods From March 2014 to March 2015 of our hospital,T8 cases of pregnant women combined with diabetes were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each of 39 cases. The control group was received conventional diet and medication treatment, while on the basis of the control group , the observation group was received＂ Chinese medicine treatment. The complications incidence of maternal and perinatal infants of two groups were compared. Results The complications incidence of maternal （12.8%）of observa- tion group was less than the control group （25.6%）, with significant difference （P〈O.05）; The complications incidence of perinatal infants of observation group （15.4%） were less than the control group （43.6%）, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine treatment of pregnant women combined with diabetes with good clinical Effect ,can reduce the incidence of complications of maternal and perinatal infants ,worthy to be introduced in clinical practice.
