老年原发性高血压合并糖尿病优质护理对预后影响分析

High Quality Nursing Vare for Senile Primary Hypertension with Diabetes Prognostic Impact Analysis

目的探讨优质护理对老年原发性高血压合并糖尿病预后的影响作用。方法选择该院自2012年7月—2015年1月收治的115例原发性高血压合并糖尿病患者的临床资料,根据随机的原则,将患者分为对照组58例与观察组57例,对照组患者给予常规护理模式,包括用药护理、健康教育、心理护理等。观察组患者采用优质护理干预。结果两组患者血压、空腹血糖情况较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组患者血压改善情况明显高于对照组患者,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组用药依从率明显高于对照组患者,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者生活质量四项维度评分均明显优于对照组患者,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用优质护理干预加强原性性高血压合并糖尿病患者的护理,可有效促进患者病情稳定,提高用药依从性,改善患者生活质量,这对于改善患者预后,具有积极的影响作用。

Objective To investigate the prognosis of high quality nursing care for senile primary hypertension with diabetes. Methods Select our hospital from July 2012 to January 2015, the clinical data of 115 patients with primary hypertension with dia- betes, according to the principle of random, 58 patients can be divided into control group and observation group of 57 cases, con- trol group with routine nursing mode, including medical care, health education, psychological nursing, etc. The observation group were treated by high quality nursing intervention. Results Two groups of patients＂ blood pressure, fasting plasma glucose situation than before treatment significantly improved （P 〈 0.05）, and the group of patients blood pressure was observed patients is signifi- cantly higher than control group, two groups of comparison, the results have significant difference （P 〈 0.05）, patients medication compliance rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, two groups of comparison, the result has a significant difference （P 〈 0.05）, the observation group of patients quality of life score four dimensions were significantly better than the control group patients, two groups of comparison, the result has a significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The high quality nursing intervention to strengthen the original sexual hypertension combined with diabetes care, can effectively promote the patients in stable condition, increase medication compliance and improve patient quality of life, for improving the prognosis of pa- tients and has a positive impact.
