本文分析了绿色小水电建设工作背景,结合中央和地方已有的绿色小水电工作基础,提出了绿色小水电建设的基本思路、建设要求以及当前和"十三五"期间加快推进绿色小水电建设的工作打算。

The paper analyzes the background of green small hydropower construction. Combined with the central and local green small hydropower construction practice,it puts forward the basic ideas and construction requirement as well as the＂13th five-year＂plan arrangement to accelerate the green small hydropower construction.
