Build up green hydropower station to promote the eco-civilization of water——Typical case study experience of green small hydropower construction from Shiziyan station of Hunan Province

本文以湖南省怀化市新晃县狮子岩水电站为例,分析拦河引水发电对下游河段生态造成不利影响的因素,介绍了通过整合社会资源,采取增建生态发电机组、修建橡胶坝和加强保护绕城河段水生态等绿色小水电建设措施,修复水生态系统,促进水生态文明建设的典型经验。

The paper takes Shiziyan hydropower station of Xinhuang county, Huaihua prefecture, Hunan province as an example and analyzes the negative impact on the downstream river ecology by the water diversion hydropower station and the causation. The paper emphasizes the green small hydropower construction countermeasures to alleviate the negative impacts including installing the eco-hydraulic turbine, building the rubber dam to keep the minimum flow and improving the water ecology of the flow reduction section to restore the water eco-systems and promote the eco-civilization of water.
