摘要
水电站的安全运行不仅关系到自身的安全,也关系到整个电网的安全,运营筹备工作是水电站安全运行的基础。轩秀水电站采用的是以设计为龙头的水电工程EPC项目管理建设模式,本文主要介绍了EPC项目管理模式下"建管结合,无缝接机"的运营筹备工作。
Safe operation of hydropower station is related to own safety on one hand,it is also related to safety of the whole power grid on the other hand. Operation preparatory work is the foundation of safe operation in the hydropower station.Xuanxiu Hydropower Station adopts the design-leading hydropower engineering EPC project management construction mode.In the paper,the operation preparatory work of ‘combining construction and management and seamless integration＇under the EPC project management mode is mainly introduced.
