浅谈桐柏水轮发电机组轴承油循环系统的改造

On reform of Tongbai hydroelectric generating set bearing oil circulation system

桐柏电站报废重建时,将机组轴承油润滑循环系统从原机组的内循环改为外循环,本文分析比较了内外循环的优缺点,得出新的循环方式——双循环方式,并提出了在外循环系统上的改造意见。

When the Tongbai Hydropower Station was scrapped and rebuilt,unit bearing oil lubrication and circulation system was changed from the inner circulation of original unit to outer circulation. In the paper, advantages and disadvantages of inner and outer circulations are analyzed and compared to obtaining a new circulation form,namely dualcirculation form. Reform suggestions on outer circulation system are proposed.
