The Experience and Revelation of Health Informatization Construction in USA

美国卫生信息化建设起步较早,取得明显成效的同时也积累了许多经验教训。从发展战略、管理模式、政策法规、人才培养、效益评估等方面论述美国卫生信息化建设现状,并分析现存的主要问题。借鉴美国经验,结合我国卫生信息化建设实际,得出以下几点启示:强化政府组织协调作用,调动社会各界积极性;采取经济激励措施,促进卫生信息系统应用;加强人才培养和技术培训,为可持续发展提供基础保障。

The health informatization construction of the USA started earlier, both significant results and experiences and lessons were obtained at the same time. This article performance the health informatization construction situation of the U.S. and analyzed the main existing problems from the development strategy, management model, policies and regulations, talent training and benefits evaluation, etc. It drew lessons from American experience, combining the reality of health informatization construction in our country and concluded that the following enlightenments：to strengthen organization and coordination function of the government, arouse the enthusiasm of the all walks of social;take some economic stimulus measures and promote application of the health information system;strengthen talent training and technical training to provide basic guarantee for the sustainable development.
