建立学术微信群在静脉治疗专业小组中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Establishing the Academic WeChat Group in the Professional Team of Intravenous Therapy

目的:探讨建立微信群在静脉治疗专业小组中的应用效果。方法:选取解放军第180医院静脉治疗100例,专业小组30名成员为研究对象,自2013年10月份始建立微信群,运用微信群平台进行学习、分享、讨论,观察对比研究对象在2012年10月-2013年9月(实施前组)与2013年10月-2014年9月(实施后组)的专业理论成绩及静脉治疗专项护理质量检查成绩。结果:运用微信群后研究对象专业理论考核平均成绩明显提高,与实施前对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),专项护理质量检查成绩也有显著提高,与实施前对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:静脉治疗专业小组通过建立微信群,在微信群内上传课件、定期更新相关知识的最新资讯链接、组织相关理论及病例分享、解答、互动讨论,提高小组成员学习积极性,大大提升临床一线静脉治疗护理质量。该方法简单有效,值得推广至各专业小组及科室护理组。

Objective：Discussing the application effect of establishing the WeChat group in the professional team of intravenous therapy.Method：selecting 100 cases intravenous treatment of our hospital,and 30 professional team members as the object of study.Using the platform of WeChat group to study,share,and discuss since the establishing of WeChat group from Oct,2013,observing and contrasting the professional theory results and special nursing quality check results of intravenous treatment between Oct,2012 to Sept,2013（the team before implementation） and Oct,2013 to Sept,2014（the team after implementation）.Results：The average scores of professional theoretical examination of objects are improving obviously after using WeChat group and have statistical significance compared with the differences of the team before implementation（P0.05）.So are the special nursing quality check results.Conclusion：The professional team of intravenous treatment of our hospital establishing a WeChat group,uploading the documents,updating the latest news links of related knowledge regularly,organizing the relevant theories and cases sharing,solving and interactive discussion,these all have improved the learning initiative of group members and the nursing quality of basic clinic intravenous treatment.This method is simple,effective and worth to be promoted to every professional team and nursing group of the department.
