目的:设计一套适应远程医疗业务发展的常态化运营管理平台。方法:在分析远程医疗建设现存问题的基础上,提出了常态化运营的远程医疗管理平台架构,并分析了该架构下的远程医疗业务应用及业务监管。结果:方案有助于整合省域内远程医疗信息系统,实现优质医疗资源下沉,创新远程医疗服务模式。结论:统一的数据架构和管理规范有利于推进各省远程医疗平台融合,推动国家级远程医疗管理平台建设,实现全国范围的远程医疗业务协同应用。

Objective：Design a normal operation and management platform to adapt to the development of telemedicine business.Method：On the basis of analyzing the existing problems of remote medical building,this paper proposes remote medical management platform architecture of normalization operations,analyzes remote medical business applications and supervision under the architecture.Results：Scheme helps integrate telemedicine information system within the province,achieve high-quality medical resources sink,innovative remote medical service model.Conclusion：The unified data architecture and management standards will help promote the integration of provincial telemedicine platform,promote national telemedicine management platform construction,and achieve nationwide telemedicine business cooperative applications.
