Economic Integration is the first step of European Integration followed by Political Integration and Defense Integration. Integration for resolving criminal issues is a vital part of Political Integration. Based on a chronologic analysis,this paper is to summarize and describe the introduction,development,innovation and improvement of the European Integration for resolving criminal issues and to evaluate its significant roles in international cooperation and regional cooperation for resolving criminal issues.
