脂肝安煎剂治疗非酒精性脂肪肝56例观察

目的:探讨脂肝安煎剂治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)的临床疗效。方法:112例随机分为两组,每组56例。对照组口服水飞蓟宾胶囊,每日3次,每次105mg。治疗组口服自拟脂肝安煎剂,每日1剂。两组疗程均为90天。结果:临床症状改善比较,除倦怠乏力外,其余症状改善治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后彩超影像学改变比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后ALT、AST、TC、TG均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组ALT、AST、TG改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗过程中均未出现不良反应。结论:脂肝安煎剂能明显降低NAFLD血脂水平,保护肝功能,临床疗效显著。

Objective ： To study the clinical therapeutic effect of Zhi Gan An Decoction onnonalcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） . Method： 112 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 56 cases in each group. The control group were treated with Silibinin Capsules by oral administration, 3 times a day, 105 mg each time while the study group were treated with self-made Zhi Gan An Decoction by oral administration,, one dose a day. The treatment course was 90 days. Result： After the treatment, the improvement of clinical symptoms except fatigue of the study group were superior to that of the control group （P〈0.05） and the changes of color uhrasonography of the study group were superior to that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . ALT, AST, TC and TG of both groups of post- treatment was lower than that of pre-treatment （ P〈0.05 ） and the improvement of ALT, AST and TG of the study group was superior to that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . No toxic side effects were found of both groups in the treatment course. Conclusion： Zhi Gan An Decoction has significant clinical therapeutic effect in regulating blood lipid and protecting liver function on NAFLD patients.
