桂芎通络方外洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

Efficacy of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Gui Xiong Tong Luo Parties Themselves Wash Treatment

目的用桂芎通络方煎汤泡洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者。方法每日用桂芎通络方煎汤,煮好的药液倒入足浴盆中,先熏患肢,待冷却至40℃后,将患肢放入药液中浸泡30 min,1次/d,3周为1个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为83.33%,对照组总有效率为66.67%,总有效率治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用桂芎通络方煎汤泡洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者效果更佳,在临床上值得推广应用。

Objective to use guangxi men only strengthen party decoct soup bubble washing treatment in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods daily in guangxi men t2 dm decoct soup,cooked solution into the foot bath,first smoked limb,after being cooled to 40℃,limb to be included in the solution soak for 30 minutes,once a day,three weeks for one period of treatment.Results treatment group total effective rate was 83.33%,control group total effective rate,was 66.67%,total effective rate in treatment group is significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The use of guangxi men only strengthen party decoct soup bubble washing treatment in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy effect is better,worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
