胰岛素泵在糖尿病患者临床治疗中的运用

Insulin Pump in Diabetic Patients in Clinical Use

目的对胰岛素泵在糖尿病患者临床治疗中的运用效果进行分析。方法将该院收治的86例糖尿病患者随机分为两组各43例,实验组应用胰岛素泵治疗,参照组皮下注射门冬胰岛素治疗,对比其效果。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后两组的血糖值均明显下降(P<0.05);且实验组的血糖值明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。同时,实验组并发症的发生率(6.98%)明显低于参照组(25.58%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病的效果显著,且安全性高。

Objective Effect of insulin pump use in the clinical treatment of diabetic patients were analyzed.Methods In our hospital86 cases of diabetes were randomly divided into two groups each of 43 cases,the experimental group received insulin pump therapy,with reference to subcutaneous insulin aspart group therapy,compared to its effect.Results Compare with before treatment,blood glucose levels in both groups were significantly decreased after treatment（P〈0.05）;and blood glucose in the experimental group was significantly lower than the reference group（P〈0.05）.Meanwhile,the incidence of complications in the experimental group（6.98%）was significantly lower than the reference group（25.58%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of insulin pump to treat diabetes significantly,and safe.
