地特胰岛素联合门冬胰岛素皮下注射治疗2型糖尿病的疗效及安全性

目的探讨地特胰岛素联合门冬胰岛素皮下注射治疗2型糖尿病的疗效及安全性。方法采用回顾性方法,选取2013年3月-2014年11月以来我院收治的2型糖尿病患者100例,按照治疗方法的不同将他们分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。给予对照组患者单纯的门冬胰岛素治疗,给予观察组门冬胰岛素联合地特胰岛素进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后静脉空腹血糖及其达标率,糖化血红蛋白及其达标率、静脉餐后2 h血糖及其达标率以及低血糖发生率。结果经过治疗后观察组患者各个观察指标均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地特胰岛素联合门冬胰岛素皮下注射治疗2型糖尿病能够有效降低患者低血糖水平,而且操作简单,安全性高,值得在临床推广利用。

Objective To investigate the winter subcutaneous injections of insulin,insulin combined doors efficacy and safety for the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods A retrospective method,the selection in March 2013-November 2014 in our hospital since100 patients with type 2 diabetes,according to the treatment of different they can be divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.Give the door of the control group patients with pure winter insulin therapy,to observe group door winter insulin combined with insulin treatment,compared two groups before and after treatment in patients with venous fasting blood sugar and its success rate,glycosylated hemoglobin and its success rate,venous blood sugar 2 hours after meal and the success rate and the incidence of hypoglycemia.Results After treatment for each observation index in the observation group of patients were significantly better than that of control group（P〈0.05） difference is statistically significant.Conclusion The winter of insulin,insulin combined doors subcutaneous injection treatment in patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively reduce the low blood sugar levels,and simple operation,high safety,is worth popularizing in clinical use.
